Juegos Trabajo Trabajar | Sales Management – Putting Up An Image Of Success With Every Business For Sale

July 23rd, 2010

juegos Lots of money gets invested into a business, and when putting it up for sale, good managerial skills are required to really make profit from the transaction. With any business for sale, the risk is of not getting less money than you have invested into it. Therefore, the process requires a lot of planning, up to one year in advance. There should be an inventory of all the assets, and the financial statements should be analyzed and verified by professionals.

trabajo Measuring one tiny feather may be difficult. Measuring a large collection of feathers, however, is much easier. Its like the old joke ‘How much does a ton of feathers weigh?’ A single conversation, when selling services, will rarely lead to a sale. Several conversations over time – maybe days, weeks, or even years – could be totally different. Which conversation made the difference? The first? the last? who can tell? Grouping the interactions together over time makes measurement much easier.

trabajar Social interactions on platforms like Twitter are harder but still possible. The key is to track results over time. Change your approach and start tracking. You probably will want to give it a reasonable period of time, such as a couple of months, but you should be able to compare cost of time invested with results back. You may measure in terms of cash, hits to website, or some other way. What matters is that over time you can see results that originated from your Twitter activity. You can then compare them with the previous results over a similar period.

Testimonial – Prospects love testimonials to help in their decision making process. Whether in a letter or simply a quote for your website or collateral materials, this is a powerful way for your salespeople to add credibility to the sales process. Get your salespeople to develop their “Top 10″ list of premiere accounts and set up meetings with each one in the next 30 days (if possible) and have each of them ask for a testimonial. After acquiring them, make electronic copies and share them across your sales team. Make a contest out of it who can get the most legitimate testimonials in this month or quarter.

Reference – Ask the customer if they would be willing to be contacted by a prospect to validate your salesperson’s service offerings or simply communicate their experience working with your company. Come prepared – you’ll need to have something available if and when your prospect asks. However, don’t hassle your existing clients with unnecessary calls or too many calls. Offer references only if the prospects is tightly qualified. Be sure to contact the reference to let them know that the prospect will be calling.

Referral – This is one of the most overlooked prospecting methods. Your best list is your own list. Ask your “satisfied” customers for the names of people they know who could use your products or services. Senior executives know other senior executives. Middle managers know other middle managers. Use good customers as a referral source and leverage those relationships.

Offer to send the referral a free sample, free consultation or information that would be of value to them. Ask if you can use your customer’s name. Gather as much information about the referral as you can because you’ll still need to qualify them. Sometimes a customer will give you a name because they want to help, but the referral is not qualified.

Taking clients out to lunch can be a very productive form of new business development. As a Sales Manager, coach your salespeople on effective strategies to accomplish specific sales objectives. 3 Easy Marketing Strategies For Personal Trainers

January 8th, 2010
Comments Off

You can find countless marketing tips dedicated for Personal Trainers, but check out these three essential points that will help you quickly build a great reputation for your Personal Trainer Business.

Testimonials are a key first step.

Photos show results, so make sure you get a shot of each client when they first start working with you, and as they progress to really see the changes. Type up their brief story: their goal, how you helped them achieve it and how long it took. Create a display in your location to feature their accomplishments. If you are doing any newspaper advertising, testimonials like this make excellent ads. Of course, ask permission from your client before plastering their success story on your wall or in your local newspaper. Generally clients are flattered when they are featured and best of all, they’re often willing to create a great testimonial for you as a trainer. In addition to boosting your business, you are giving them well-deserved recognition!

Write a column

While we’re on the subject of newspapers, be sure to ask your local papers if you can be a contributing writer on a weekly or monthly basis. Instead of being compensated by money, you can suggest a trade of your content for a byline and small picture by your column. When people see your article they’ll associate your name and face with excellent fitness advice. The newspaper will benefit by offering a service to its readers and you will be developing yourself as an expert.

If you have a local radio station, ask if you can be a guest on the air to discuss personal training, typical issues clients face, or answer phoned in questions. This is a great free promotion and puts your business out there in the playing field.

You may apply the same principle to the Internet. As a world-wide medium, you will extend your knowledge around the globe!

Get In The Paper

The third gem of a marketing strategy is to create and write a newsletter. Make it monthly and distribute among your clients, and to potential clients as well. This doesn’t have to be fancy, especially if you are sending it by email. Simply type up an email about upcoming events, any specials you are offering, information about supplements or health products you promote, and be sure to include any testimonials. Email it out to your customers and any potential customers. As you accumulate more leads, add them to your newsletter list. Remember when emailing a newsletter or mass email to keep the receivers’ names and addresses private. Using an autoresponder email service is the best way to go.

You can also do this by creating a group (call it something like Fitness Friends) or by simply sending the email to yourself on the recipient line then adding all the other addresses on the “bcc” line. (BCC means Blind Carbon Copy.)

You can pay someone to design a fancier email for you if you’d like, but a simple one as outlined above will serve its purpose. Most email autoresponders have custom templates for professional looking emails.

Put these three fitness marketing tips into action quickly and watch your business reputation grow!

A Brief Review of Ardyss Brochures

December 11th, 2009
Comments Off

Every time I review a multilevel marketing program I always consider the same three things, product, company, and marketing materials. By using the same three criteria it enables me to make a relatively objective assessment of a MLM program.

I want to be focusing on the Ardyss brochures that distributors can use in this article, so I’ll be moving quickly through my discussion of the product and company. Away we go.

First off there is not one Ardyss product there are many. They not only have their line of body reshaping garments they also have their health supplement and skin care product lines as well.

Ardyss has a catalog that is diverse which is certainly helpful, but two of those product lines are in fiercely competitive industries. A unique product is always preferable, but not essential.

Ardyss has been around for roughly twenty years depending on whether you want to look at their US incorporation date or the founding of the small business that would eventually turn into the company that presently exists. They have been specializing in body reshaping garments since their inception which does give the company a bit of heft.

Most importantly for this article though are the marketing materials Ardyss makes available. They offer a number of brochures for distributors to use both as hard copies and in digital mediums such as .pdf files that can be accessed from a website.

Testimonials are always popular in multilevel marketing because of the power they can have to persuade customers, but you have to make sure that any testimonial you use is sincere. Fabricated testimonials are of little value as they wind up being duplicated ad nauseam and ultimately shatter the trust necessary when courting customers and prospects over the internet, which is why the Ardyss brochures can be so useful, they focus on the products.

Ultimately success in any MLM Business is going to depend on your ability to develop your own effective marketing strategy and materials. The Ardyss brochures are useful, but without understanding the general principles of marketing you will never experience real MLM success, no matter how good the brochures might be. Make certain that you take the time to research these concepts for yourself if you want to try your hand at multilevel marketing.
