Greg asked: Hi, I’m working on a project for school, and could use as much info as possible. I need to know about some of the business strategies of Bill Gates and Microsoft, and could use some specific examples. The strategies don’t necessarily have to be good either, just any info I could get would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Greg

Jeffrey asked: Does Starbucks follow a differentiation strategy, an overall cost leadership strategy, a focus strategy or does it follow a hybrid strategy?
I’m thinking it follows what is primarily a differentiation strategy, but has elements of a focus strategy – many would say that it caters to a more affluent, “focused” demographic.

emily19326ann asked: I am doing a research and I need some places that implemented an e-business strategy and took off with it. I can think of many stores (as in ebay and amazon) but I need one that started off as a regular store. Not Wal-mart or Target.

Loach asked: What are the steps one should follow? Are there any guidelines one should consider? What about a template? Or any “how to” books on the subject? I would love to see an example. Thanks!

pollux asked: Could you please give me some references (internet sources) where i can get a company/corporation’s website whose business strategy contains detailed planned programs and activities. Oh and please restrain yourself from suggesting me to “google it”. Thanks a lot
Thanks to JFAD, your suggestion may give a big help.
However I’d like to add additional info: i will focus on the business strategy, which usually based on the vision, mission and environment analysis of the company. Thanks again
